Terms & Conditions of Usage
The binding legal agreement between Discover Nexus News and its readership.
API Licensing and Content Syndication
Discover Nexus News functions as a high-speed aggregation portal. We programmatically syndicate headlines, summaries, and images via commercial agreements with NewsAPI.org and WorldNewsAPI. By utilizing our portal, you acknowledge that all primary editorial content, photographs, and syndicated reporting remain the explicit intellectual property of their original publishers.
Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing scraping bots, automated crawlers, or unauthorized iframe embedding to extract data from the Discover Nexus News DOM or underlying RTDB infrastructure.
User Conduct & Interactive Features
While engaging with interactive modules such as the 'Trending Live' timeline or leaving comments on specific news cards, users agree to abstain from:
- Deploying hostile payloads, XSS attacks, or SQL injections against our Firebase database.
- Hate speech, extreme profanity, or deliberate dissemination of fabricated media.
- Coordinated attempts to manipulate the "Trending Sentiment" algorithm through bot-farms.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Discover Nexus News, nor its developers or affiliates, be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from algorithmic inaccuracies, downtime of third-party APIs causing a lack of news coverage, or financial decisions made based on aggregated headlines featured in our business section.
DMCA Takedown Requests
If you are a copyright holder and believe our API aggregation engine has mistakenly indexed proprietary content beyond the scope of "Fair Use" snippet display, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown request to support@discover-nexus.com. We will manually override the API feed to blacklist the infringing data within 48 hours.
